How can I track my order?

How do I return an item?

You can return items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return. Follow the provided instructions to print a return label and ship the items back to us. If you don’t have an account, please contact our Customer Service. Ensure the products are in their original condition and packaging.

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
