Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please return items unused and, where possible, in the original packaging. Items with name embroidery and swings ordered with made-to-measure ropes are made specially for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights. What are the delivery and return costs?
UK delivery costs £5.99 and is free on orders of £100 or more. The cost of returning goods is paid by you, unless an item is faulty or not as described.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within the UK then usually takes 3 to 5 business days. You receive a notification by email once your order has shipped.
Are the products safe for children?
Our swings carry the CE marking. Each product page shows the recommended age, the maximum load, the dimensions and the care instructions. Please hang swings only from a ceiling joist, a wooden beam or a concrete ceiling, never from plasterboard alone, and ask a professional if you are unsure. Check the ropes and fixings regularly and always supervise your child while they play.
