Hang the swing from the supplied ceiling hooks at a load-bearing point, such as a ceiling joist, a wooden beam or a concrete ceiling. Never fix the hooks into plasterboard alone: in a plasterboard ceiling, fix them into a joist. If you are unsure about your ceiling, ask a professional. Adjust the rope length to suit your room and check the ropes and fixings regularly.
